Uncertainty reduction in Doppler shift model using measurements from micromachined accelerometers

This paper is concerned with assessing the impact of some MEMS technology on the accuracy of emitter location estimates based on frequency measurements made by a single platform. The main contribution of the paper is the derivation of an estimation error bound that quantifies the minimum accuracy improvement affordable by a particular sensor fusion scheme.
