Integrated circuit development for digital communication equipment

THE APPROACH TAKEN and results attained to date on an integrated circuit development project will be described in this report. This effort is part of a program to develop compatible semiconductor and thin-film process techniques, Emphasis will be on the development of a single-chip functional linear circuit for digital communication system applications.
