Unijunction transistor model for computer circuit analysis

Describes the development and verification of a mathematical model, including topology, defining equations, measurement techniques, and methods for extracting parameters which approximates the electrical characteristics of a unijunction transistor. The model is compatible with, and is designed to be used in, general computer circuit analysis programs.
