Abstract:
Three NiTi alloys with different structures, singlecrystal, polycrystal and solid solution, have established by molecular dynamics method. The shape memory effect of NiTi alloys have studied under the same loading-unloading conditions. The essence of shape memory process has discussed. The influence of atomic structure, grain boundary and atomic equilibrium position has studied, which provided a new idea for the mechanical test of piezoelectric materials in the application process.
