Summary of the intelligent social management function of ideological from the perspective of information theory with MOOC platforms is conducted in this paper. MOOC is a learning concept based on relevance theory in the digital age. Its core is that information is node, knowledge is well fully connection, understanding is network interaction. This paper use the MOOC platform to conduct the study. From the technique level, the novelties are: (1) From the analysis of the balance of sex-linked groups and the analysis of their information entropy, it can be seen that the information entropy is the largest when it is balanced, which is meaningful in the location of sex-linked genetic genes. The information theory model is advanced by the mentioned operation. (2) Maximum general information entropy principle holds that entropy is a process-independent state function, that is, there is also a continuous single-valued function relationship, the traditional models are revised. The methodology proposed in the paper is tested on the application scenario of the social management function. The experimental results have then proved that the proposed method is efficient.
