Development of Embedded Calibration System for Aviation Comprehensive Automatic Test System

This paper proposes a complete embedded calibration solution for the implementation of comprehensive automatic test system (ATS) mobile metrology support. Firstly, the embedded calibration principle is expounded. Secondly, the calibration requirements of a certain type of ATS are analyzed. Then, an ATS embedded calibration system is introduced, including internal traceability chains, calibration interface adapter and embedded calibration software. The practical application shows that the implementation of the ATS embedded calibration can not only greatly reduce the types and quantities of external measurement standards, but also ensure that the ATS can be calibrated and realize the simultaneous delivery of metrology support equipments and ATS.
