Time Synchronization and Metrology Aspects for Data Transmission Billing

The legislation of Russia imposes obligatory requirements to a divergence of time scales of the operator companies and to the accuracy of definition of an interval of duration of connection. Intervals of duration of connection are measured by means of SIDS. At introduction of communication networks of new generation and technologies of the Internet of Things (IoT, IIoT, TIoT, IoE) need metrological scoping of the transmitted data [1]. In article approaches to the organization of metrological ensuring synchronization of time scales and scoping of the transmitted data are described.
