Research on Key Technique of Screen Spot Authenticity Detection Based on ARPA Ground- Based Radar

In this paper, the target information is obtained from the original radar image based on the ER rule, that is, the ship target recognition is needed for the spot in the radar image. In practice, it is necessary to discriminate the authenticity of the target from the difference feature of the radar spot in the continuous image. Through the E-R rule algorithm used in this paper, the recognition accuracy of ship target can reach 76.65% in ship target, coastline and waterway buildings, and the recognition accuracy of shoreline and waterway buildings is 92.27%. In this paper, based on the ARPA shore-based radar spot recognition accuracy of the target has been improved, the Yangtze River Delta region ship automatic identification is of great significance.
