New modes of incubation and their implementation methodology

The paper provides the most comprehensive set of relevant parameters research incubation processes, which demonstrates the need for their implementation and introduction of new or upgrading used modes and means of work. Currently established means of monitoring and control are applied only for stationary regimes. This article discusses new regimes and approaches to their implementation.
