Abstract:

The main objective of this paper is to study the temperature change of the characteristics of MET-based transducers (molecular electronic transducer) using the example of geophone. The method of temperature measurement of operation factors was used and the experiments were performed in a heat chamber in a wide temperature range. The temperature characteristics of geophone at high frequencies were obtained and the dependence of amplitude temperature coefficient on frequency was found. It was established that in the frequency range of 100-500 Hz, the amplitude temperature coefficient does not depend on the frequency. The obtained results provide new information about the behavior of MET-based transducers and will improve thermal compensation systems of manufactured devices in the future. This paper is an important part of the study of MET temperature behavior and it provides important information for further development of this direction.
