How To Use This Book and the Structure of Chapters 9 Through 23

This chapter deals with a statement of 1 of the 15 career-limiting behaviors generated by the limiting belief. It then presents a brief explanation and interpretation of the limiting belief and how it shows up in the Map of the World. Every Map of the World generates a specific range of focuses of attention. The chapter also presents several possible focuses of attention generated by this limiting belief. Each limiting belief, through its corresponding focuses of attention, generates corresponding emotional and physiological states. The chapter further provides s list of several of the possible emotional and physiological states generated. It then reviews several examples of the possible states that can generate and drive career-limiting behaviors. Finally, the chapter outlines several of the possible career-limiting actions and behaviors that can be expected as the end result of the cycle of influence generated by the limiting belief.
