Dynamic textures classification in multimedia databases

This paper analyze the correlation between the components of the indexing vector and the discrimination distances used in the similarity searching of the dynamic textures in multimedia databases. The analysis is performed by introducing more scroll direction and length of translation for cooccurrence matrix and color histogram.
