Abstract:

A simple method is proposed (and verified experimentally) to reduce the Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC) in tuneable ferroelectric devices. It suggests use of two or more layers of ferroelectrics with different Curie temperatures to achieve temperature stabilisation, high tuneability, and small losses.
