Main criteria of the harmonic vibration action change of pendulum bracket by vibration force

A new approach to the investigation of the pendulum dynamics by introducing the criteria of the bracket vibration action change by vibration force is presented. There are suggested: 1. Modified diagram of Ains-Strett stability; 2. Conditions of dynamical equilibrium of the inverted pendulum; 3. Simple law of vibration forces development.
