Abstract:
FOR ACTIVE DEVICES, which in themselves are not potentially bistable, a synthesis procedure can be developed to generate the dc circuit configurations of bistable circuits. In this procedure, a device is modeled as a 2-port or 3-terminal controlled resistance (conductance). As an example, the controlled-G model of an npn transistor is shown in Figure 1.
