Tunnel-diode balanced-pair switching characteristics

THE TUNNEL-DIODE balanced-pair logic circuit is a one-port threshold gate synchronously driven by a periodic clock-source. Directionality of the flow of information is obtained by driving successive gate with successive phase of a multiphase ac clock-source. The repetition rate and stage delay of the gates are consequently detrained by the fundamental frequency of the clock-source.
