Abstract:

The relevance of the research is to obtain reliable values of bottom-hole pressure calculation method in oil wells of PJSC “Tatneft” due to technical difficulties emerged when performing deep measurements of a particular producing well stock. Application the estimated value of bottom-hole pressure in the algorithm control of liquid rate of control system oil production. The main aim is the evaluation and comparison of the bottom-hole pressure calculation methods in the group oil wells of Romashkinskoye oilfield of PJSC “Tatneft” with the aim of identifying the smallest average relative error (less than 10%) and the relative ratio efficiency of the method. The development of the algorithm (block diagram) regulation the liquid rate, including the method of calculating bottom-hole pressure and its application in the process control system of oil-production. Methods of researches: evaluation and comparison of the intervals of error of the bottom-hole pressure, average relative error, the relative coefficient of efficiency of methods of calculation of bottomhole pressure (model Hasan-Kabir and method based on RD 153-39.0-920-15); evaluation of the process control system of oil production, including the algorithm of control of liquid rate using the simulation program MATLAB/Simulink. By comparing the values of bottom-hole pressures obtained by calculation (model Hasan-Kabir and method RD 153-39.0-920-15) revealed that the average relative error of method Hasan-Kabir is 5,33% (less than 10%), in contrast method RD. In modeling the system of control the process oil production, including the algorithm of regulation the liquid rate, the program MATLAB/Simulink and observed the transition process, in which the value of the liquid rate of the fluid increases and stabiliziruemost. Thus, using the method of Hasan-Kabir in the proposed oil production process control system is possible in all wells of Romashkinskoye oilfield of PJSC “Tatneft”.
