Abstract:
Health care is conventionally regarded as an important determinant in promoting the general physical, mental and social well-being of people around the world. It can contribute to a significant part of a country's economy, development, and industrialization when efficient. So a healthcare platform is a necessity that will change the way of patient monitoring and help bridge the gap between doctors but it comes with a challenge of the user's privacy. The platform should be build in such a way that it will maintain the user's privacy and hence make it easier for the users to use the platform. Another important challenge that the patients face is having everything on a unified platform, but this is not the case with many of the platforms for eg. some platform only provides the feature for consulting the doctors via video calling whereas sone platforms are more focused on the collaboration. Thus, in this study a model which will bring patients and doctors on the same page are made finally making the complete process digitized. Patients will be able to connect to doctors via video consultation easily. There won't be any need to carry paper prescriptions on revisiting doctors. The system will store an electronic prescription authenticated by the doctors. A patient will be able to share medical history records with a new doctor while simultaneously enabling the patient to manage the privacy of their personal health record. Patient Health Records can only be accessed by using the OTP code from the patient's smartphone as an identity. The System will share information sharing between the doctors via the messaging system. It combines reactJs for the front end., Java SpringBoot for the backend, Docker for deployment, SpaCy for the Natural Language Processing chatbot., Video SDK for consultation, and J2Pay for the payment process.
