The life of blind people is challenging because of the difficulty to understand daily life situations. Nowadays Blind and Visually Impaired People(BVIP) are irritated with the increasing usage of computers and visual content on social media. Screen readers, screen magnifiers, and Braille displays is effective tools for BVIPs to handle computer and mobile phones. If BVIP knows the content of the images in social media, then he can fully participate in social media conversations, enjoying news and entertainments. Visually impaired people can't analyse a picture. Automatic image description generation tools improve the BVIP to know the content of the image without manual description or discussing with a sighted person. An audio description with the picture helps these people to understand the image. Image caption generation can also help BVIP to access websites. This is the motivation of the development of AIDGens. The advantages of this system are improving the searching of large photo collections on the internet, improve the security systems using CCTV camera using the description of video frames, etc.
