THz-wave Intensity Modulation by Combining a High-speed Wavelength-tunable Laser and Photomixing Technique

We proposed a high speed intensity modulation system of THz waves with a low voltage signal by combining a wavelength-tunable laser and photomixing technology. We demonstrated 150 Mbit/s intensity modulation of THz waves at 2 Vpp by using an RTF laser as a wavelength tunable laser.
