Microwave flow chemistry: Single-mode system for kg-scale organic synthesis

The optimization of single-mode microwave-assisted flow reaction conditions was investigated by improving sampling efficiency through microwave power gradients and in-line analysis, and advanced prediction through response surfaces. Application to kg-scale organic transformations highlights the utility of this protocol.
