Basic Study of Communication System in Seawater Using Magnetic Field Coupler and Wavelet OFDM

Since seawater has high attenuation of electromagnetic waves, the transmitting and receiving antennas are magnetically coupled using a coil with a diameter of 80 cm. The antenna is submerged in saltwater, and insertion loss is measured using a VNA. The communication speeds experiment of the UDP and TCP protocols is conducted when the distance between the transmitter and receiver antenna is changed.
