Study on vacuum diffusion welding process of cold plate for small channel assembly

This paper introduces a high efficiency cooling T/R module small channel cold plate structure, and explores the vacuum diffusion welding technology suitable for the forming of small channel cold plate. According to the case of water leakage of a small channel cold plate of a certain type of component, the vacuum diffusion welding process is studied. The vacuum diffusion welding technology is optimized by improving the welding surface quality, refining welding parameters and solid solution aging parameters. The process test piece is designed to verify the process parameters and the heat dissipation performance of the test piece is tested. The results show that the optimized process is used to form the small channel cold plate, which meets the requirements of water tightness and heat dissipation, and improves the production qualification rate.
