Design and implementation of a simple anti-UAV device

Since the “black flight” problem of “low, slow, and small” aircraft are becoming more and more serious, this paper proposes a capture net anti-UAV device based on the electromagnetic emission principle. In this paper, a coil-type electromagnetic auncher is designed, which consists of three parts: launch structure, control structure, and capture net structure. In this paper, the characteristics of the designed launcher are taken as the experimental parameters, and the internal ballistic model of the launcher is established by Maxwell software. The relationship between the electromagnetic force, displacement, and velocity of the projectile during the discharge process is analysed. The results show that the ideal firing velocity of the projectile can reach 30m/s.. and the launch velocity can reach 20m/s. In this paper, the force analysis of the flying process of the projectile is carried out, and the outer ballistic model of the projectile is established by MATLAB software. The results show that the projectile can achieve the target capture within the 40m range after firing at 20m/s speed. In this paper, a method of controlling SG90 steering gear based on 51 single chip microcomputers is proposed, and the steering gear rotation Angle is controlled by C language, to change the launching direction. The experimental results show that the control strategy can realize the free control of the steering gear in the horizontal and vertical directions. The design idea of the anti-UAV device proposed in this paper has higher stability and portability, which provides a broader basis for the application of the anti-UAV device.
