Research on location planning problem of communication base station based on immune algorithm

With the rapid development of communication technology, my country's commercial communication technology has entered the 5G era. At the same time, as the broadband of communication becomes larger and larger, the coverage area of the base station becomes smaller and smaller, and the problem of site selection becomes more and more complicated. Site selection and establishment are the basis of 5G network construction. Therefore, this paper studies the site selection problem based on the immune algorithm and regional clustering model. The study of this problem can improve the regional coverage quality of the communication network and maximize the investment benefit. In the site selection of base stations, we need to consider issues such as cost, network coverage, and threshold. First, some points were eliminated by using the Euclidean distance between the weak coverage point and the existing site to be less than 10; then the data was visualized. A knapsack model is established for dynamic programming of this problem, and an immune algorithm model is established. In the actual site construction process, our signal propagation is often not circular in an ideal state, and fan-shaped non-uniform signal propagation, so we need to analyze the best site construction angle. When considering this issue, this question firstly reflects the signal coverage by drawing. Establish a polar coordinate axis, use cluster analysis to obtain the class center, centralize the problem, and establish a planning and immune algorithm model to solve. When dealing with huge site information, there are problems such as operation time process and large occupation of computer memory. Therefore, the idea of clustering is introduced, and the paper establishes a DBSCAN clustering model to cluster weak coverage points and visualize the results. Finally, analyze the time complexity of the code. The research on the location of communication base stations, on the one hand, adapts to the development needs of 5G, and at the same time provides us with solutions to a series of problems, such as research on post offices and express delivery outlets. In this paper, a more practical and reliable algorithm model is used to solve the problem of problem setting, and the generalizability of the algorithm is described in the model extension.
