Research on the Intelligent Control Mechanism of Active Reflector around “FAST” Radio Telescope

With the changes of the times and the progress of science and technology, people gradually put their field of vision into space, and radio telescopes as an important tool for observing celestial bodies are constantly innovated. To correct the deformation of the antenna structure due to gravity, sunshine, wind load and other different loads, the radio telescope uses the active surface control system to expand the aperture and improve the accuracy. This paper deeply studies the working mechanism of the active surface control system, determines the ideal paraboloid of the corresponding target celestial body, and gives the corresponding reflector adjustment scheme, and finally obtains the best electromagnetic wave reflection reception effect to detect the observed target. Firstly, the structural shape of the active surface cable network is analyzed, the two-dimensional coordinate system is established, and some of the sections are selected according to the symmetry. With the goal of minimizing the expansion of the total actuator, a rotating paraboloid model is established, whose constraint conditions include the expansion range of each main cable node, and the coefficients of the ideal paraboloid equation are obtained. On this basis, the ideal paraboloid equation is fitted by MATLAB, and a better fitting effect is obtained. Then establish the three-dimensional spatial coordinate system, adjust the position of the working paraboloid, establish a single-objective optimization model, make the paraboloid vertex, focus and the position of the celestial body collinear to the normal of the tangent plane of the vertex of the reference surface, and then change the focus position. The ideal paraboloid at this time is determined by using the coordinate transformation formula in three-dimensional space. Finally, the reflection model is established, and the working paraboloid is adjusted to the best state by using the reflector adjustment scheme, and by comparing the electromagnetic wave reflection ratio of the feed cabin in the reference state and the working state, it is judged whether the reflector adjusted by this scheme can have a better receiving effect, so that the active reflector system can really play a role.
