Shorten the Time of Insulating Oil Analysis Test

Insulation oil is widely used in power transformers, oil circuit breakers, oil-filled cables, power capacitors and bushings and other high voltage electrical equipment, with the function of insulation, cooling and arc extinguishing. In operation, insulating oil is often affected by oxygen, moisture, high temperature, sunlight and other effects, and its performance will gradually deteriorate, resulting in her inability to play a full role. In order to ensure good performance of insulating oil, it is necessary to test insulating oil regularly. The analysis and test of insulating oil in electric power equipment plays a key role in the safe operation of electric power system. This paper deals with the problem that the whole process of insulating oil analysis test takes a long time. Starting with the work flow, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the long time of oil preparation, and finds that the main reasons are the high cleanliness requirement of oil bottle and the poor sealing of oil bottle, so the disposable sampling bag is developed and applied in the field. The application of disposable sampling bag greatly reduces the whole process of insulating oil analysis and test time, greatly improves the test work efficiency, and has great application value.
