A New Method of Automatic Issuance of Electricity Bills Intelligent Accounting

In recent years, with the continuous growth of our country's comprehensive strength, the living standards and living requirements of residents are also getting better, which increases the electricity consumption of residents and enterprises. The increase in electricity consumption drives the development of power supply enterprises and improves economic benefits. However, it also brings certain difficulties to the copying and accounting work of power supply enterprises. In order to solve this problem, the automatic issuance of intelligent accounting of electricity bills has received extensive attention. In this paper, by sorting out the automatic issuance of electricity bills intelligent accounting in various regions of Liaoning, the reasons for the low success rate of automatic issuance of electricity bills intelligent accounting are searched for statistics, and the reasons that affect the automatic issuance success rate are demonstrated. The main reasons for determining the low success rate of automatic issuance of smart electricity bills are that the verification rule is a fixed “expression” with only two factors, and the audit rules do not consider multiple metering points for high-voltage users in the existing issuance methods. In response to these two problems, a new issuance method was established by establishing a “query process package” verification mode that can be verified by multiple factors, and creating an audit rule with measurement points as the verification unit. After a large number of practical applications, the success rate of automatic issuance of high-voltage users in the electricity bill review link has been successfully improved, thereby it greatly improves the automatic issuance success rate of intelligent accounting of electricity bills.
