Study on output characteristics and power balance analysis method of regional large-scale offshore wind power

According to the distribution of offshore wind power in the southern region and the existing offshore wind measurement data, this paper divides the offshore wind power in this region into several wind areas and forms three sub-areas. From the aspects of probability distribution characteristics and anti-peak regulation characteristics, the output curves of offshore wind power in the three sub-areas are summarized by the Gaussian mixture model, and different typical output curves of each wind area are fitted by clustering, Calculate the statistical probability values corresponding to different curves, and finally combine the different curves of the three sub-regions to obtain the different power generation scenarios and their corresponding probability values of offshore wind power for power analysis and calculation.
