The Effectiveness of Blended Learning in Improving the Reflective Thinking Skills of Sixth-Grade Students in Islamic Studies in The United Arab Emirates

The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of blended learning in improving the reflective thinking skills of sixth-grade students in the United Arab Emirates. The study sample consisted of 48 students studying Islamic studies at the Al Andalusia Academy in Al Ain. The experimental group consists of 25 students who have been exposed to blended learning, while the control group consists of 23 students who have not. The quasi -experimental method was used in the study to assess both groups' reflective thinking skills. SPSS was used for the statistical analysis. The results illustrate that the experimental group's average scores were higher than the control group's. The difference in average scores was statistically significant (p 0.05). As a result, blended learning is recommended over traditional methods of teaching Islamic studies..
