A Study of the horizontal and vertical arrival angles at the mobile station in high elevation angle environment

High-Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) has become the most exciting topic for next-generation mobile communication systems since it can offer resiliency to damage caused by disasters and ensures mobile communications' stability and reliability. This paper shows a study on predicting the horizontal and vertical angle of arrival as one of the propagation characteristics and compares the measurement results.
