Utilization of UCD Matrix through Hierarchy Priority Analysis of VLF tanδ

VLF TD (Very Low Frequency tanδ is effective in diagnosing the water tree in the insulators of power cables. A replacement standard was proposed by selecting an excellent factor among the determination factors. As the factor selection method, a visual method through a graph or a method by experience was used. In this paper, the coefficient of determination and reproducibility were used as a method for quantitatively determining the ranking of the judgment consistency of the determinant. In addition, the concept of hierarchy was introduced to determine the ranking of the judgment consistency of factors.
