Data management and visualization architecture to measure the competitiveness and digitization of SMEs and startups

Currently there is a great interest in innovation, in generating solutions to meet the needs of society through ventures, SMEs or startups, this requires that companies have a very high responsibility to reach their customers through digitization, especially if you have technology such as the Internet, which is a global communication tool accessible to all. Also, having the freedom to create ventures, SMEs or startups generates a higher level of competitiveness.Analyzing whether the company is complying with some points on the issue of digitization and competitiveness, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses is an important topic for analysis.This research article proposes a technological architecture to evaluate the level of digitalization and competitiveness through the use of metrics that are coupled in a company. This architecture proposes a technological process from data collection, analysis and visualization of results, all with the objective of evaluating the company on its levels of competitiveness and digitization.
