The Internet of Things, AI Analytics and the System of Justice: needed integration of technology and law

“Artificial Intelligence” and the Internet of Things define an evolving universe of sensing, storage and analysis of ever more information on people's lives. It permeates life as no other technology has. Yet the many opportunities for great benefits from these technologies are also opportunities for injury and oppression across multiple dimensions. We must devise and implement legal/social/technical mechanisms to assure the proper administration of justice. This is critical in respect to privacy protections, as a way to best secure people's privacy and personal autonomy.
