Research on Intelligent Power Electronic Control System of New Energy Vehicles Based on Computer Big Data

The core technology of new energy vehicles is the "EIC" technology, and the electric control system is one of the key technologies for the development of electric vehicles. This paper investigates the architecture vehicle electronic control system development platform using a new energy vehicle powered vehicle test bed through computerized big data technology. In this paper, the working principle of the system is demonstrated by means of this computer big data modeling. The article studied the working principle and operating characteristics of the composite hybrid intelligent power electronic control system, and determined the energy transfer method of the intelligent power electronic control system designed in this paper as a series connection type. Meanwhile, this paper uses computer simulation technology in Matlab/Simulink to establish an intelligent power electronic control system for hybrid vehicles, including flux switching permanent magnet (FSPM) motor and motor electronic control module, internal combustion engine generator module, battery module, and control module. This paper simulates and analyzes the starting characteristics, running characteristics at different speeds and engine stopping running characteristics of hybrid vehicles. It is found that the engine power of the new energy electric vehicle designed in this paper is controlled at about 80% of the rated power, which is in line with the optimal operation design.
