Key technology of intelligent efficient quantitative loading system

In view of the current situation that the intelligent level of the existing rapid quantitative loading system is not high, and the loading process depends on the experience of the loaders, this paper studies the key technologies to realize the intellectualization of the rapid quantitative loading system. The project develops a multi-dimensional perception system of loading process based on radar, combined grating, video capture and RFID and develops an intelligent control system based on machine learning, which realizes the self-adaptive unmanned loading with different material characteristics and vehicle status.
