Application of mobile terminal in ballastless track fine adjustment for high-speed railway

In order to ensure the high smoothness of CRTS III slab ballastless track, the track slab must be fine adjusted after laying, so that the geometric shape and position of the track slab are consistent with the design theoretical position. The traditional track slab fine adjustment is realized based on industrial notebook, which is lack of portability and endurance, and the construction operation is not flexible. It is necessary to develop the track slab fine adjustment software based on the wireless transmission mode of mobile terminal.The software is developed based on the mobile terminal and Android platform, uses GeoCom communication technology to open up the control interface with the measuring robot, realizes wireless communication and automatic control with the measuring robot, opens up the interface with the construction layout software, realizes the automatic calculation of fine adjustment deviation, and completes the wireless upload of fine adjustment results to the track slab fine adjustment information platform. The software realizes the fine adjustment of track slab under wireless control mode, effectively improves the measurement efficiency and ensures the fine adjustment quality of ballastless track slab.
