Design and Quality Consistency Optimization for Contactless Voltage Sensor of New Energy Microgrid

A certain amount of error is generated during the contactless voltage measurement process, and this error reduces the sensitivity of microgrid monitoring and does not provide timely feedback to the microgrid system on problems. In this paper, the collected measurement data are optimized for consistency to improve the accuracy of the output voltage. The parameters of the voltage sensing electrode plate are first optimized so that the sensed voltage tends to be consistent (smaller standard deviation), and then a series of the sensed measurement data containing errors are curve-fitted and the coefficients of each subterm of the polynomial curve are extracted, and the equation about the cable voltage is integrated by the relationship between each coefficient and the cable voltage and offset distance, and then the equation is solved using Newton’s iterative method. The experimental results show that the optimization strategy can predict more accurate conductor voltage from a series of collected measurement data.
