Research on Torque Pulsation Suppression Strategy for High-speed Square-Wave Permanent Magnet Motor

High speed square wave permanent magnet motor has been widely used in various fields of industrial control due to its high efficiency, low noise and easy maintenance. However, due to its unique physical structure and control mode, it will be affected by large torque ripple in the working process, which limits its application in high-precision systems. In view of these reasons, this paper proposes a PWM control method based on three winding power supply. Through the electrical isolation of each phase winding, the independent control of each phase winding can be realized, and the torque ripple can be effectively suppressed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the PWM control method based on three winding power supply are verified by simulation.
