Research on Calculation Method of Traffic Stations Scale of Comprehensive Transportation Hub

Scientifically determining the scale of various traffic connection facilities plays an important role in the design of comprehensive transportation hub. Taking Shengzhou Xinchang high-speed railway station as an example, this paper firstly puts forward the traffic functions of various connecting facilities in the front square of the station. Secondly, according to the relevant design data of the high-speed railway station, the “Logit Model” is used to predict the proportion of various travel modes in Shengzhou urban area in the future, and then the transferring passenger flow in peak hours among transportation modes in the future year are obtained. Thirdly, it states the scale calculation methods to compute the scale of multiple traffic station facilities. Finally, the calculation results shall be optimized and adjusted to obtain the optimal hub layout.
