Experimental study on dynamic transmission accuracy of RV reducer

The transmission error is a critical evaluation index of the transmission accuracy of the RV reducer. In this paper, based on the RV reducer comprehensive performance testing platform, the transmission error under different working conditions is experimentally tested. The results show that the transmission error is 57.467” at no-load and 64.299” at 100Nm and 100rpm. Under the variable load condition, the transmission error at different rotational speeds increases with load increase. The higher the rotation speed, the greater the degree of influence on the error.
