Sustainability of Lean Manufacturing Tools in Information Processes and Systems Development

Lean manufacturing tools are relevant because they not only improve the effectiveness of company processes, but also customize the needs of a particular market participant. In the early beginning, Lean principles were applied to production systems, and now the Industry 4.0 demands its implementation to the digital sphere. It can be not only a philosophy, but understandable procedures and instructions, which reflect the requirements of effectiveness in information system development. In the article authors study the effectiveness, reasons of potential failures and ways to successful implementing Lean manufacturing tools to Information Processes and Systems Development.
