Features of the Preparatory Phase of the ERP System Implementation Project

The paper considers the preparatory stage for the implementation of the ERP system. Attention is drawn to the implicit stages of the preparatory stage. Emphasis is placed on the correct sequence of actions for conducting automation. The dependence of the successful completion of the implementation project on the successive completion of the steps of the preparatory phase of the project is substantiated.
