Evaluating the Green and High Reliability Performance of Smart Distribution Networks by Applying Fuzzy Comprehensive Analysis Method

Under the double-carbon target, smart distribution network (SDN) is the important direction of the future distribution system development. Scientific and reasonable evaluation for the SDN can effectively support its sustainable and healthy development. Thus, a new evaluation methodology based on multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) was proposed in this paper to reflect the comprehensive performance for SDN. The green development and high reliability for SDN were considered to select the evalution critertia. An evaluation index system was builded from the four perspectives of green developement, reliability, economy, technology and power quality. Considering the uncertainty of index value and subjectivity of decision-making, an integrated evaluation model was proposed based on improved entroy weight method and fuzzy VIKOR method. Four SDN alternatives was chosen as an empirical analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation system.
