BI Solutions as a Tool for the Management of Quality of Company’s Project Activities

The paper presents analysis of the usefulness of using business intelligence tools to maintain a company's capacity to compete in the marketplace. The potential use of an analysis tool is also discussed using the example of a power engineering firm that executes resource-intensive projects. This study took into account the key issues with implementing such programs, solutions for them, and an illustration of the Business Intelligence tool's design. Based on the findings of the study, conclusions were reached regarding the possibly beneficial impact of employing the tool within the context of project management as well as the potential for scaling the deployment of such solutions.
