Development of a network of charging stations with franchising application through business model Canvas

This article aims to present the development of a startup franchise of charging stations. The focus of this study is to analyse the entrepreneurial functionality through the Business Model Canvas. In between the analysis made for this network, the choice of the charging modes, the sociodemographical analysis of candidate locations for the best employment, analysis of a credit system based in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology to develop a new dynamic in the national charging stations market are highlighted. By these means, the possibility of a higher range of interactions with the consumer can be analysed through state of art technology and your possible expansion through a franchising system aiming to catalyse the engagement with these technologies in Brazilian society. Therefore, the article aims to validate the methodology proposed while creating options to develop the national electromobility market according to current national conditions. In conclusion, a viable business model can be created following national policies and sociodemographic situation following the proposed methodology.
