Asynchronous Time-Delay Reservoir Computing Based on Laser Dynamics

We demonstrate a time-delay reservoir computing network based on laser dynamics, where the delay time is asynchronous with the clock period of the input signal. The performance of this asynchronous network is proved to be more competitive than those of common synchronous networks.
