On-chip structured illumination microscopy (cSIM) with large imaging area

Photonic chip reduces the footprint of the light illumination path of TIRF-SIM to 4 × 4 cm

, enabling compact footprint and provides higher optical resolution than conventional SIM technique. In this work, we present a new SIM design on a photonics chip which further reduce the footprint of the light illumination path plus provides larger imaging areas than the current photonics chip-based SIM (cSIM).
