Resource Allocation Management of Educational Organization Based on Rating Systems

This article reveals the relevance of the problem of optimal allocation of resources in the educational organization of higher education. The rating systems of two Russian agencies “Interfax” and Expert RA (RAEX) are considered as mathematical model. On the basis of criteria included in these rating systems the most important directions of work of educational organization are chosen and the model of material resources distribution is built.
