Research on Production Order Model Based on TOPSIS Entropy Weight Method and 0-1 Programming Model

The production and development of manufacturing enterprises are inseparable from the supply of raw materials. At present, the business process of most enterprises in the manufacturing industry is to purchase raw materials, hire forwarders to transport raw materials, and process raw materials. This paper establishes an evaluation system through TOPSIS entropy weight method to evaluate the importance of ensuring enterprise production, puts forward a reasonable ordering scheme and transshipment scheme from the perspectives of reducing cost and improving production capacity, and evaluates the scheme. It is helpful for such enterprises to reasonably adjust their business strategies in actual production so as to improve benefits and reduce costs, which is of practical significance to enterprises.
